The origin of the word landscape is to create a place where people belong. So at LDA Design, we follow the principles of ‘first life, then spaces, then buildings’. Our masterplan for Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon combines visionary placemaking with the latest in renewable energy. We are designing the new public realm at Battersea Power Station and helping to create the first of the Eden Project’s visitor centres in China. Our 150-strong team of urban designers, landscape architects, and town and environmental planners work with developers, landowners, communities, universities and local authorities seeking our help with transformation.
