Land Logic Ltd are privately funded strategic land promoters, investors and developers. We manage all aspects of the process from land allocation to full planning consent and ultimate sale on our own behalf and speculatively on behalf of landowners, primarily by means of Land Promotion Agreements. One of our key strengths is crystallising the value of land and connecting the resultant off market development site to a select group of high nett worth individuals and funds. We are experienced in dealing with: complex multi ownership issues, equalisation clauses, accumulating surrounding plots, restrictive covenants, negotiations with local authorities, coordination of external consultants, legal services, architects and building professionals. In some circumstances we will step in and assist with private monies to relieve hardship until the added planning value is in place and the land or property is sold. Should you own land or act for someone who does, we can join the dots speculatively and are only paid from the value that we add. There is no one solution that fits every land opportunity and we will tailor a bespoke solution to fit individual circumstances. Land Logic Ltd also manage the letting and servicing of a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout the UK with a practical hands on approach to property management.
