We take our time to understand exactly who you are and what you need, whilst minimising the administration involved in finding and setting up your protection policies, to get you protected as soon as possible. At LightBlue Online are determined to give the best possible service. All our advisers reside and work in the UK, speak excellent English, have been in the Industry for years and have an excellent understanding of, and connections to, the Insurance Companies across the market. You’re unique, and your time is precious. You can be sure that we’ll always treat you like an individual and work with you at times that suit you best. LightBlue Online is committed to helping you find the best protection policy that suits your needs and it all starts with a simple, obligation-free consultation with one of our dedicated advisors. Our aim is to build long term relationships by providing a professional and personal service, to provide you with clear and on-going guidance in order that you are fully informed when making important protection decisions. We are completely independent and not tied to one insurer so provide advice on products from all of the market, including AIG, AVIVA, Friends Life, Legal & General, Liverpool Victoria, VitalityLife, Royal London and the list goes on. We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have. LightBlue Online does not charge you for its advice, it receives a commission from the insurance company. This payment covers our professional services, compliance costs and our on-going support and is only paid if the policy remains in force for the full indemnity period.
