Our signature Ekoa® composite is an elegant and Earth-friendly solution for demanding applications. A familiar natural grain finish adds timeless style to your application. The benefits are more than skin deep with lighter-than-carbon fibers of superlative strength and damping properties. Ekoa® is a composite made from flax linen combined with biobased resin and produced locally in the Bay Area. Great for lighting, seating, surfaces, panels and large scale structures. Customized natural 'grain' finishes Various beautiful finishes are available from a dark grain exotic finish or lighter 'soft' wood. Ekoa® is translucent, accordingly a black or white substrate allows for a range of natural wood-esque looks. The color and fiber density is programmable whether a wood-like unidirectional grain or a 0/90 pattern—a bit like cross-hatching. Lingrove is a materials and design firm focused on plant based fibers and resins.
