Lucent Lighting is based in London and was founded by Michael Dunk in July 1990 to service the needs of lighting professionals. Lucent operated as an importer for high end European and American lighting suppliers. In February 2007 Lucent launched a new range of architectural, professional specification grade downlights. Since then we have catapulted to the forefront of lighting specifications from designers, architects and interior designers around the world. We continue to strive to source, manufacture and supply lighting products which meet the aesthetic and technical specifications of our clients and maintain our position as the first choice partner for a number of prestigious projects both at home and internationally. In September 2013 Lucent Lighting launched Lucent Lighting Inc, our North American subsidiary allowing us to now service the needs of our American clients not only on their work internationally but their projects closer to home.
