Lupa is the Digital Running Studio that enhances people's running experience by providing live, in-ear routes navigation, mindful guidance and personalised coaching to guide everyday runners through their running journey. The Lupa app provides the holistic guidance that everyday runners need to improve their running, see results, and stay healthy. With real-time audio guidance and coaching we navigate runners through personalized routes, training, and experiences. We enable runners to focus solely on being present in their runs, while we take care of the rest. Lupa allows to discover new, fun and safe routes that match each runners' preferences, navigating them without the need to look at their phone or memorize the route. Personalized training plans are delivered through our in-ear mindful coaching, that supports the training from warm-up to cool-down. The real-time audio cues guide people through their workouts, suggesting what to do, how, and when they need to do it to improve their running technique and get into the right mindset. Lupa is created by runners, with everyday runners’ needs in mind. For a better solo experience or to be shared in virtual groups.
