Lytid's two core technologies are the Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and Schottky diode multipliers. Strong partnerships with the Paris Diderot University (QCLs) and the Observatoire de Paris, LERMA (Schottky diodes) has led to the development of state-of-the-art terahertz sources that are compact, powerful and easy to use. Lytid is the only company in the world to offer high power continuous wave terahertz sources ranging from 0.1THz to 5THz.
