We are an independent fresh pasta producer based in South London, established in the summer of 2012 by Emanuela Mansi - a chef's daughter who also design jewelry. Every day we handcraft width love every single piece we produce so people can experience moments of joy and fulfilment. We care about supporting local producers by choosing our seasonal ingredients from weekly markets. We care about producing natural and nutritious food in a sustainable way.
