MiStall provides yield management tools for parking! MiStall creates and provides cameras and video sensors to track parking activity ("demand") down to the individual parking space. Video analytics helps alert parking managers when threshold conditions are met, leading to better management of spaces. With good parking demand data correlated with pricing MiStall uses artificial intelligence tools to determine the elasticity of demand for parking, and makes recommendations on how to best price parking to maximize customer satisfaction and generate maximum revenue for the operator.
