From cooking classes, to house-made, plant-based foods, group cleanses and nutrition coaching we've got you covered for vegan, plant-based lifestyle help. Heck, we've even rounded out our offerings with vegan purses and accessories! PHILOSOPHY: Our business has been birthed through our deep desire to live our lives authentically and help others do the same. It just feels so good. We focus on a win-win situation for all involved parties. That includes us, you, and the environment. We do everything we can to ensure every encounter you have with our facilitators is a nourishing experience, from one heart to another. The community we've developed is a beautiful web of people, and we love to get out and share our talents and insights with the community-at-large. We like to be organic in our food choices, but also in the way we make business moves – we move fluidly in response to the community’s needs.
