A staff of more then fifty is employed at its 50,000+ square foot Provincial Road location. Monarch carries the largest selection and inventory of business products and office furniture in the area. This is enhanced with over 90 million in inventory available at Monarch's warehouse, Basics Office Products warehouse and Basics Office Products associates. This, coupled with a local fleet of ten delivery vehicles, ensures daily delivery to Essex and Kent counties as well as emergency service. Ordering is made easy by use of our own catalogue and monthly flyers; this is supported by a phone order desk and a well-trained sales staff along with an Online Ordering System, E-mail Address & Website. The furniture department is staffed by qualified designers and is enhanced by a Computer Aided Design System. Monarch has been a member of BASICS OFFICE PRODUCTS since 1979. BASICS is Canada's largest buying/marketing group. The group with its worldwide affiliates has combined sales of three billion dollars.
