After two years of work, first in search of a specific design to accommodate 2 houses on a large plot of land (1880m2), and then for the realization of the project. Focusing on giving privacy between both buildings and at the same time giving a large open space for the children. The house is eco-friendly (passive house). The rental house offers a large surface area of 150 m2 + basement. Containing also a spacious terrace, a private garden and parking spaces. Located in Blonay just 10 minutes from Vevey / Montreux, in a quiet area overlooking the lake and the mountains. A beautiful view from the terrace and from all rooms. Ideal for a family arriving in the region or for a holiday in the Riviera.
