Morham+Brotchie Partnership is a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants established in 1990, however its origins date back to 1876, when Morham & Brotchie was first founded in Edinburgh. This link with our long history and relationship with our company's heritage has had a continued influence on the practice's values. As a practice, Morham+Brotchie Partnership has a wealth of experience which covers a wide range of projects across the UK. Projects ranging from simple house extensions & alterations all the way up to multi-million pound developments. The practice is particularly recognised and respected for its considerable experience and expertise with listed historic buildings, conservation and one off complex/bespoke projects. This mixture and fusion of the traditional, modern, cultural, and contemporary can be readily seen in the types of projects we are involved in.
