Experienced: over 80 years combined experience. Effective: Evidenced based care with demonstrated positive outcomes. We use state-of-the-art equipment, such as the Litecure Laser, for pain management and computerized posturography boards for balance. Who We Are. Our practice was started in 2006 in response to a need to help address the number of patients we saw in home care and rehabilitation settings who would likely never have suffered the injuries they had if they were guided into simple safety and wellness practices at the first sign of disability. Spurred on by the overwhelming research being published world wide showing how effectively such conditions as falling can be prevented with simple measures such as individualized exercise programs and home safety evaluations, we have continued to build relationships with community providers of home health, rehabilitation, education and wellness services to ensure a successful transition from rehabilitation to ongoing wellness activities.
