OWL Suites connects its independent lawyer members who need work and meeting space with independent "host location" law firms that have excess space and capacity. Thus, we allow law firms to increase profit by activating unused space and underused resources and turning "overhead" expense into a source of additional revenue. Firms decide who can use their space, set the price, terms, services/amenities they offer, and the rules for use of their space and equipment. For independent attorneys, OWLS provides access to off-market work and meeting space that is specifically built by lawyers, for lawyers. The spaces are convenient, professional, cost-effective, and allow for attorney networking with the host law firm. OWLS markets the space, prescreens the candidates, coordinates the tours, handles all contracts, admin and payments - ALL AT NO COST TO THE HOST LAW FIRMS. Firms merely need to make their space and amenities available, and OWL Suites pays them a hosting fee for each OWL Suites attorney member they host.
