Established in 1986, our nonprofit organization offers a unique, team-based model of care that's committed to advancing health and social justice for all members of our community. We serve a diverse patient population of over 10K people, including the uninsured and insured alike. Patients may visit one of our two main facilities in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon. We also have a school based health center located in Hood River Valley High School, coinciding with the school hours and calendar year.
