Open Door is a diverse community with a love for individual expression. We have multiple Meditation & Yoga Teachers whom each have their own teaching practice and style. Open Door is one of the only meditation centers in Southern California that offers diverse meditation practices taught by certified instructors. We are also a RYS® (YOGA Alliance Registered School). Open Door offers the only RYS® 200-hr teacher training in meditation and mindfulness along with yoga. We open our doors to public workshops so that we may allow our community the opportunity to share their unique skills as well. We hope to bring to our community a space that allows everyone to find their practice and happiness. Open Door Yoga offers many classic yoga terms and techniques cultivated by the owner and founder, Monica Shannon and her instructors.
