PARC, LLC (formerly Parking Planners, LLC.) provides cost-effective parking consultant services from Austin, Texas. We reduce the cost of parking facilities for a select list of international owners, developers and institutions. Services include efficient planning, design, demand and feasibility analysis. Our founding principal, Kirk Taylor, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's School of Architecture, designed and managed projects for Desman Associates, and managed a Texas office for Walker Parking Consultants. He founded Parking Planners in 2000, and TriPoint Solutions in 2006 to build hybrid precast/cast-in-place parking structures. He has developed cost saving strategies for literally thousands of projects around the world. Parc US, Inc. was founded in 1994. The Company's line of business includes providing accounting, bookkeeping, and related auditing services. PARC provides custom R&D services, technologies, expertise, and intellectual property to startups, government agencies, and partners. Our community of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments is ideally located near Duke University and downtown; each home boasts luxury upscale amenities throughout.
