THE EXCELLENCE IN INSULATING TUBES AND END CAPS & PERFORMANCE RELEASE LINERS TUBES & ENDCAPS Politubes is specialized in the manufacturing of spiral wound insulating tubes and end caps strictly customized for electromechanical and automotive world & performance release liners for tire producers. Our tubes and end caps are the excellence in the electrical insulation world and offer the best performance in terms of dielectric strenght, thermal class and resistance against chemical aggression. They can be heat shrinkable or not heat shrinkable and they are specifically designed by our R&D center in accordance with your requests. They are widely used in the manufacture of electric motors, cable harness, motor lead termination, compressors and transformers as well as in transistors, capacitors, heating element and batteries. They are also used to fix and protect permanent magnets for BLDC brushless motors. PERFORMANCE FILMS & RELEASE LINERS Politubes is also specialized in high performance films as: 1) Polinet: This is an incredible release liner used as service film during tire production ; it is is a stiff polyester-based multilayer film that is reinforced internally with a high tear resistance mesh; the film is then embossed in a second step to increase its release properties. All main tire producers are very happy with it. 2) Poliwave: This is a corrugated polyester that guarantees an excellent anchorage of the film during the rewinding around cables. 3) Politherm: This is a thermostabilized of polyester film that achieves a shrinking ratio on polyester films of less than 0.1 % in the machine-direction (MD) and 0,03 % in cross-direction (TD). We holds main quality certifications as UL TEOU 2-8 nr E350605 and the most recent ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
