Paleo Lifestyle is founded by Gabriela Nicol who is an accredited Paleo Nutritionist with the CMA (Complementary Medical Association), as well as the IANLPC (International Association of NLP & Coaching) and the IAHT (International Alliance of Holistic Therapists). She is a health enthusiast who believes Nutrition determines a person's health and longevity. Gabriela has followed the Paleo Lifestyle herself for 5 years and believes leading by example is fundamental to providing an expert Nutritional advice, which she does in the form of consultations (in person or online), diet plans, and healthy recipes. Paleo Lifestyle's YouTube channel launched in January 2017, with Paleo recipes, tips and tricks, workouts, lifestyle videos and vlogs! Paleo Lifestyle has expanded further in June 2017 with the launch of Paleo Lifestyle healthy cake catering, offering cakes and desserts for Paleo, Vegan, Ketogenic and Diabetic diets with delivery in the Glasgow area. In August 2018, Paleo Lifestyle has opened the first Paleo Cooking classes in Glasgow, Scotland.
