Enthusiastic, inspired and nothing is too much trouble - Party Ingredients (or PI) have a pedigree of over 40 years in private homes and secret gardens, castles and palaces, art galleries and museums creating a bewildering array of catered events. We are a team of specialist event professionals - chefs, managers and service staff united to deliver a great occasion. PI take a 21st Century approach to our social responsibility as a London business. We prioritise the wellbeing and social capital of our team, encouraging personal development and physical and mental health. We prioritise sustainable procurement, working with a range of organisations to ensure that environmental and social wellbeing are not sacrificed in our supply chain. We minimize our use of resources, actively encouraging good “housekeeping” with regard to utilities, travel and consumable goods. We actively reduce and reuse waste, working to the waste hierarchy in reducing our waste, reusing what we can and recycling what we can’t. PI pays the minimum of the London Living Wage to everyone involved in our events. This is not the norm in any industry - yet - but least of all in hospitality. We have a fantastic team of service staff, support staff and junior event professionals who go the extra mile to guarantee the success of our events. The London Living Wage ensures that our team are able to perform to the best of their ability for us - they work one job, they are able to enjoy their leisure and we believe that this shines through in the hospitality they offer. The principal activity of the company is the provision of private catering and party organizing services, the running of two City restaurants and the production and distribution of wine. Party Ingredients is a private, owner managed business which has remained at the forefront of Special Events catering for over 30 years. The reason, our experience, enthusiasm and the constant development of talented young people dedicated to creating superb events. Over the years our expertise has grown from private entertaining and weddings to undertaking special events for many major corporations and looking after formal banquets in both Royal Palaces and the City of London. Today our work spans from State Banquets, award dinners, product launches, fashion shows, art exhibitions and all manner of gala celebrations in addition to our core business of private weddings and parties. However we remain very aware that we are only as good as our last meal and there are always new challenges ahead.
