Established in 2006. Located right in the heart of the Central Valley, we first opened the doors of our beauty school - Safavi Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics Paul Mitchell Partner School - back in 2006. The 21,000 square-foot facility was built from scratch by our owner Hooman Safavi, based off a classic, modern style that provides beautiful open views through large windows throughout the building. Backed by a staff of Learning Leaders with over 30 combined years of experience, our beauty school offers industry-leading cosmetology, manicurist, esthetics, and barbering education. This same peerless staff, coupled with our enthusiastic Future Professionals, has helped our beauty school earn a number of awards and generate considerable local media coverage: Beauty School Awards -Best of Modesto Beauty Schools four years in a row -First place several times for our floats in community parades
