Next Generation Sequencing (NGS): 3 yrs' full-time experience in NGS-based assay development to screen genome-wide prognostic biomarkers for the prediction of cancer progression outcome. Capable of conducting epigenetic assay on small biopsy scale patient tumor specimens, work experience on ATAC-seq, DNase-seq, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, WGS Molecular Biology: recombinant protein engineering, mutagenesis, virus construction and packaging Cell Biology: reporter gene cell line engineering by viral transduction and single cell clone screeing Preclinical Pharmacology: in vivo/in vitro pharmacology, pharmacodynamics, ADME/Tox model (cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular diseases) Protein engineering, protein expression and purification, screening and characterization of protein-protein interaction. Cell-based functional assays, receptor-ligand binding, signal transduction, proliferation and apoptosis, cytokine secretion.
