Phases is the only dedicated pole dance and aerial fitness venue in Thanet, East Kent. Classes have just moved to a newly refurbished venue conveniently located on the Westwood Industrial Estate. Classes are available to all levels of fitness and ability as we teach the basics of each discipline through to advanced and professional level. We also teach all ages with classes for both adults and children.
