Photo-Me manufactures, operates, sells and services a wide range of instant service vending equipment, primarily aimed at the consumer market. We currently have 47,946 vending units in operation and our technological innovation is focused on three principal areas: IDENTIFICATION: photobooths and integrated biometric identification solutions LAUNDRY: unattended laundry services KIOSKS: high-quality digital printing In addition, we manufacture, operate and sell vending equipment such as children’s rides, amusement machines and business service equipment. This equipment is generally sited in prime locations in areas of high footfall such as supermarkets, shopping malls (indoors and outdoors) and public transport venues. The vast majority of these units are operated and maintained by Photo-Me. Photo-Me pays the site owner commission based on the turnover, which varies depending on the country and location of the machine. The Group operates in 18 countries worldwide and its financial performance is reported with regard to three geographic regions; Continental Europe, UK & Ireland and Asia and Rest of the World. Photo-Me International manufacture and operation of photobooths and other end-consumer vending solutions. Photo-Me International (PMI) flashes for thousands of people every day. The firm is best known as a maker and operator of photobooths that produce four-picture strips -- strips that serve as identification or as painful reminders of your exes or fading youth. PMI boasts nearly 44,000 photobooths that are found in shopping centers, train stations, and tourist areas. The company also uses its booths as digital printing kiosks and other photo-processing equipment, as well as kiddie rides and amusement machines. PMI operates in some 15 countries, including the UK, Ireland, France, and Japan. Company deputy chairman and CEO Serge Crasnianski owns more than 22% of the PMI.
