Since 2006 Piers Brown Associates have specialised in preparing pricing documents for the construction industry. We aim to provide accurate, reliable and easy to understand bills of quantities and cost plans for each of our Clients to offer value for money on each individual project we work on. We have experience in the challenges that are associated with preparing pricing documents at an early stage of design and are proactive in driving the measurement process forward. We have worked on projects in a variety of sectors of the construction and property industry ranging from small works projects to new build developments.
