Established in 1992, the company operates internationally from modern, purpose-built premises on a 4 acre site in Boston, Lincolnshire, UK. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems, as approved by The Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. Our coatings and linings are of the highest standards and unbeatable quality which is a major factor in our success. All of the manufacturing is done on the premises in Lincolnshire which allows us the benefit of overseeing every step in the process, this is backed with quality assurance and attention to detail through finite checking. With proven expertise in many manufacturing sectors, including the food preparation industry, Porcher are experts in abrasive vegetable peelers. A range of unique personalised coating services are offered to a growing number of food prep and vegetable peeling business partners. With such proven expertise in abrasive coatings, this has led to the development and manufacture of high performance Anti-Slip flooring treads and Cleats used for hazardous areas. Porcher also supply a range of non-slip coating services to the textile and clothing industry, coating and re-coating of Class 4, 5 and 7 brake testing rollers for the automotive industry, technologically advanced healthcare and hygiene abrasive coatings, as well as custom designed abrasive coatings. We work closely with our clients to offer cost effective solutions where they are never disappointed. With expert knowledge of supplying abrasive linings, coating and recoating a wide variety of abrasive surfaces to meet their customers’ requirements we are delighted to offer customised bespoke solutions to meet individual needs.
