While working with many of the largest residential mortgage servicers, banks, and credit unions in the country, our core services are related to mortgage transactions, such as purchases, refinances, REO's, asset management, and relocations; however, we are also adept for private assignments, i.e., bankruptcies, divorces, and estates. We are on the Fannie Mae approved vendor list and are also an active member of the Appraisal Institute, the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association.
