Pukekohe Park is home to prestigious horse racing, motor racing and several community events & activities in the heart of Pukekohe. Pukekohe Park, owned by Counties Racing Club, is an industry-leading Thoroughbred Training Center where many local horses are trained each morning. Counties Racing Club also hosts 12 race meetings each year with the feature being Counties Cup Day in November. Thousands of racing enthusiasts flock to the track to experience a day filled with fashion, entertainment and of course thrilling thoroughbred racing. Pukekohe Park is also home to to NZ's most iconic motor racing circuit that plays host to the internationally renowned event, the ITM Auckland SuperSprint (formally V8 Supercars). The Park is also host to our local favourite, Rebel Round Up, as well as various New Zealand Motorsport Championship Rounds and our popular Open Testing Days, where you can bring your own car to the track. Pukekohe Park also has a self-contained Events Centre which is your ideal venue for weddings, meetings, conferences, workshops, special celebrations and more. Situated in the Oak-lined grounds of Pukekohe Park, it is a truly unique and idyllic location for your event. Pukekohe Park Events Centre has a wide selection of rooms that overlook the picturesque grounds. Our freshly renovated rooms can be designed and configured to cater for all types of events, large or intimate. With the options of cocktail style, theater style or classic dining settings, we can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.
