At Quantum Controls, we design, develop, and manufacture high-quality electronic control assemblies that support a variety of industries. In 1988, we began designing and building custom electronic motor controls. Today, we still experience demand for motor controls, and have a diversified portfolio of electronic controls and product solutions for many markets. Our in-house technology is equally diverse. Our engineering staff has expertise in power conversion, plus analog and digital design, including microprocessor and DSP (Digital Signal Processors). Our production processes are state-of-the-art Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and wave solder processes, as well as PCB through-hole applications, two-sided construction, and light assembly wiring/enclosures. We serve a wide customer base, from Fortune 500 OEM’s with sophisticated manufacturing specifications to start-up clients who come to us with nothing more than an idea. Our in-house staff of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers collaborate with our customers to convert their concepts into innovative control solutions.
