Ride in our in audacious indoor cycling theatre with immersive illumination. RESHAPE with our signature In-Trinity and yoga classes that will redefine your body and mind. REAWAKEN in the R-Café serving craft coffee and specialty refreshments to fuel your inner athlete. We are committed to helping Delray become a happy and healthy community. At RISE31, we use Stages bikes equipped with the newest technology. These bikes will give you the most comfortable and true-to-road feel. Our captivating light show is second to none. You will be fully immersed in the atmosphere, engaging your senses while getting a full-body workout. Our In-Trinity classes are an elevated practice that incorporates yoga, pilates and martial arts.
