Restore plc is an AIM-listed support services company focused on providing services to offices and workplaces in the private and public sectors. Restore plc has two divisions: Document Management and Relocation. With the acquisition of PHS Data Solutions in 2016 we now provide shredding services in Northern Ireland. The Company was floated on AIM in November 2004 under the name of Mavinwood plc. In 2010, Charles Skinner, former Chief Executive, changed the company's name to Restore plc and focused on expanding its UK market share in document management and related office services. This continues today under the new leadership of Charles Bligh, CEO. Restore plc is a support services company with a primary focus on developing and expanding services to offices. You make all the difference. Restore plc provides commercial reloations, IT, document management, shredding and scanning services. Restore (formerly Mavinwood) focuses on office-based services in the UK. The company's document storage business, also operating as Restore, was augmented by the acquisitions of Datacare, Formsafe, and Management Archives in 2010 and 2011. Its Document Control Services division provides document scanning services, primarily to the infrastructure sector. Also in 2011 Restore acquired Sargeants, which performs office relocation and logistics services. Peter Cox, which specializes in damp-proofing and timber treatment, rounds out the company's businesses. Restore plans to continue to grow its business support operations. Geraldton Services owns a majority of the company. Legal & General holds some 15%.
