Saet Spa is a Company that produces and develops cutting-edge technology solutions in induction heating. Founded in 1966 in Leinì, in the surroundings of Turin, Saet Spa quickly turned to innovation to make the difference among the numerous suppliers of the car industry present around Turin in Italy and became the 1st induction heating company of the country, a worldwide center of excellence in induction technology and applications. After some years, unique technical solutions and increasing range of machines allowed Saet to develop activities in Europe and beyond. 2006 marks the real turn of Saet development with integration of additional product lines such as Emmedi which provides a premium solution for the Tube & Pipe industry. It also initiated the international development through acquisitions in India and in USA and build-up in China. As a technology provider Saet started a useful collaboration with some Universities, in order to develop and implement its Research and Development department. Saet SpA operates as a designing, manufacturing and testing of induction heating equipment and heat-treating solutions. Founded in 1956 as an electromechanical company, SAET has been operating for over fifty years in the Energy field, in systems and plants for production, transmission and distribution of electric energy as well as for Cement and Steel industry, for material handling and weighing. SAET provides turn key systems in Electrical Systems: HV Substation, MV and LV switchgear, Protection and Control System, Metering System, SCADA, Energy Storage System. In 2003 SAET became VAR (Value Added Reseller) of General Electric for protection & control In 2005 it started to supply HV substation up to 420kV. In 2012 SAET awarded the first project of Energy storage, becoming system integrator of different electrochemical technologies. The experience of more than 60 plants with integrated P&C, more than 50 HV turnkey Substations up to 420kV and more than 10 Energy Storage Systems in MW range give to SAET the suitable profile of ENERGY SOLUTION PROVIDER.
