What We Do & How We Do It In 2006 Sean Cunningham registered SMC Masonry as a business with the state of New Jersey. Now, more than 10 years later, we are still around and growing! SMC maintains both a Home Improvement Contractor’s License and a Public Works Certificate. And, while we do still provide some services for residential work (foundations and large slabs) we have shifted our main focus towards commercial projects working for companies such as 711, Dollar General, AutoZone, BP and other major corporations. We are proud to serve customers in NJ, NY and PA with full-spectrum masonry services for all types of commercial projects.
