We make our bagels in the tradition of the bakers who brought their old-world recipes from Eastern Europe to Montreal in the early 1900s. After boiling our bagels in honeyed water, we then bake them in small batches throughout the day in our wood-fired ovens. We generously coat them in toppings without restraint. The meats on our sandwiches are roasted in those same ovens, and we hand make our spreads with local, farm-fresh ingredients. We work hard, but our mission is quite simple: to make the best bagels in the world.
