St Astier is a leading structural repair consulting contractor based in Newcastle upon Tyne and Co Durham. We Act as either principal contractor or specialist subcontractor on projects up to £3 million. The company offers a number of specialist services that fall within four key areas: Heritage: the conservation and repair of listed buildings, scheduled ancient monuments and masonry ruins. Structural: mini piling and non disruptive underpinning, soil nailing, repairs to retaining walls, specialist concrete repairs, masonry reinforcement systems (including masonry grouting, helical beaming, wall ties, cintec anchors as well as other proprietary systems. Housing: repairs and external upgrades covering everything from large scale decent homes programmes (concrete repairs, insulated render systems, cladding systems) to repairs to individual private properties. Industrial and Civil: the repair of road bridges and other road structures, repairs to water retaining structures, specialist concrete floors and coatings including hygienic solutions for the food and beverage industry.
