We also produce a range of sugar icings, and have a retail sugarcraft shop in Nottingham selling a wide range of cake decorating equipment. Customers all over the country now rely on our fruit cakes, sponge cake bases and icings, whether decorating cakes as a hobby or a business. As so many of them tell us, most get into cake decoration as a hobby and enjoy the 'decorating' part far more than the baking - once they have found us, they can enjoy decorating even more cakes because they save all the time and effort usually spent baking the cakes themselves!
