The Arora Group™ is India’s first of its kind, organized real estate conglomerate. Established in 1947, we have a three lines of business that drive the company: o Real Estate Development o Real Estate Advising o Hospitality Our primary focus is the ownership and management of owned assets. Over our history, we’ve purchased and developed assets in the commercial and industrial real estate space in Gurgaon (dubbed India’s silicon valley) and bespoke luxury homes in Central Delhi and Gurgaon In the last couple of years, we’ve developed for our own account projects spanning over 700,000 square feet. Going forward, deliveries for 2015 through 2017, we have under construction another 700,000 square feet of owned assets in NCR, and a luxury residential development in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. This is the primary driver of our business. Our projects are conceptualized around prime locations and A-grade, intelligent design, world-class amenities and sustainable LEED specifications. The group’s legacy, however, has been built through it’s boutique advisory firm known as Arora & Associates Reality Ltd., specializing in corporate sale, purchase, leasing and premium property solutions for last 69 years. Currently headquartered in the business district of New Delhi called Connaught Place, India, the group is present in all Indian metros as well as in London, Dubai, USA and Australia.
