The Altum Group is a multi-discipline urban development consulting firm dedicated to creating livable communities. We believe that the objective of our consulting efforts on behalf of our public and private clients is to identify and promote urban design, land planning, environmental planning, and civil engineering in a manner that makes the communities in which we work more livable, accessible, functional and enjoyable thereby enabling environmental sensitivity, sustainable long-term growth and vitality. Our team of professionals strive to integrate our management and communication skills with our technical expertise in a manner that efficiently and cost effectively completes our assignments to the mutual benefit and success of our clients and ourselves. Our professionals’ presence in the Inland and Desert Empires of Southern California extends back to 1972. Our mission is to come together through a collaborative effort by dedicated, local professionals who strive to maintain the highest level of quality in all that we do in order to achieve our clients’ objectives and serve our community in a sustainable manner. The Altum Group is proud to have served its clients with a specialized set of skills dedicated to providing our consulting expertise on projects such as Auto Dealerships, Resort Residential, Commercial ventures, Mixed Use developments, and many more private sector opportunities. Keynote accomplishments include Jaguar and Land Rover of Rancho Mirage, The Shops of El Paseo, Ling Yen Mountain Temple, Virada, and Quail Valley Senior RV Park. Altum is also proud to be able to serve its public sector clients through several public works initiatives including Washington Street Apartments Rehabilitation Project, Rancho Mirage Community Park, Colton's Hub City Centre, and the Mecca Street Revitalization project.
