Ralph Skripek bought The Butlers Pantry in 2002 and with over 20 years catering experience, had a clear vision to create a business that would express his passion in all aspects of food & provide a bespoke outside catering service. Any free time will see Ralph shooting game and fly fishing reservoirs, lakes and rivers in Derbyshire for trout looking for menu inspiration walking the countryside, finding secret locations of wild mushrooms, berries and herbs to use in dishes. Ralph has demonstrated local dishes at Buxton Food Festival, Bolsover Food Fair, The Countrylife Fair & numerous Game & Country Fairs throughout the Midlands, he has also appeared as a guest chef on BBC Radio Derby promoting the use of local foods and demonstrating live on air.
