Run by Dave Thomas and Ben Gotting (and their team of elite trainers), The Foundry is a results-driven concept which offers classes and semi-private personal training in a welcoming and non-threatening environment. The Foundry gives everyone the opportunity to train like a pro athlete, alongside pro athletes, and by former pro athletes. You don't need to be physically strong to join The Foundry.by taking the brave step to take control of your health and fitness you have already earned your place. Over 50 Olympic and international sportsmen and sportswomen have trained and become a 'City Strongman' - proving that The Foundry really is "Where The Strong Belong". Currently operating from Bank, Vauxhall and Old Street, with further sites planned for London.
