The Meditation Zone is a service with highly skilled and experienced teachers, providing basic to very advanced knowledge on all aspects of meditation and its many tools including mindfulness and certain branches of Yoga. The knowledge we provide, also includes the deep esoteric and metaphysical understandings which underpin the incredible nature of meditation and where it can ultimately take humankind. Our services include, mediation courses (online and offline) classes, workshops, webinars and seminars. We also specialise in one to one (or a small group) meditation support, again this can be on or offline. Included in this specialization is the creation of customized meditations to suit the exact needs of our clients. Additionally, we provide courses for people to become master teachers of the art. Also and complimentary to the above, we organise Yogic / healing retreats / events, provide life coaching, various forms of energy healing and plant based nutritional support.
