Overview
The Phoenix and Dragon is a traditional Martial Arts School in Weddington North Carolina. Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Hsing I, Ba Gua are taught to students 16 years of age and older. The focus is self improvement in strength, flexibility, focus, discipline and includes concepts and applications in self defense.
