At The Waterfront, our mission is to create a vibrant new district of social and economic opportunity along the banks of the Lehigh River in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The twenty-six acre neighborhood will introduce five luxury office towers, four apartment complexes, a collection of restaurants and retail promenades, two outdoor programmable plazas and a signature half-mile River Walk. With thousands of on-site employees and residents The Waterfront will define the up-and-coming River District and usher in the next chapter of the city’s story.
