We’ve been pro-active in cultivating suppliers, in particular developing an intimate knowledge of Chinese business. Time and a great deal of effort has led to a strong supplier network. The result is that we’re able to offer customers a wide range of choices at all price points, while our hands-on knowledge means we can also customize solutions for you. Our ability to negotiate with Chinese and overseas suppliers also puts us in an ideal position to handle your sourcing and purchasing requirements. We’re proud to say that the customers we began working with ten years ago are still with us. We understand that technical buying decisions are complex on your side and may require multiple interventions from various people. This is a natural part of the buying cycle and we’ll do our best to advise and reassure you, even if you’re not buying immediately.
