Tosho Knife Arts is currently an online store based in Toronto, Ontario. We work with chefs from all over the city, both professional chefs as well as avid home cooks. We sell Japanese hand forged chef knives, honing and sharpening tools as well as custom saya covers for your knives. We offer knife sharpening and restoration services, all done by hand, as we believe that every knife requires a different approach to bringing out its utmost beauty.
