Tropical Villa Vacations also employs several other veteran Four Seasons Concierge and Chief Concierge - Pikake Kamahele, Yvonne Nitta, Sydney Sagabaen as a part of it's ever-growing management team. Our experience in anticipating the needs of discerning travelers has created a thriving company which now employs more than 40 long-term employees - all dedicated professionals offering unparalleled customer service. Properties managed by Tropical Villa Vacations (Tropical Villa Realty) include premium beachfront estates, secluded retreats, romantic hideaways, and exquisite resort villas ranging from 2 to 10 bedrooms and from $500 per night to $20,000 per night. The company’s offerings include a distinctive collection of privately-owned beachfront homes "Your Own Private Paradise", Wailea Beach Villas, Makena Surf Resort units, and several of the new Ritz Carlton Club & Residences at Kapalua Bay.
