Examples: Deploying a new phone system, VOIP, a new server or software, Cloud services, co-location, etc. 2) Companies that are planning for some type of company change and would like honest guidance on how best to design their communications network and which providers and equipment would best fit their needs. Examples: moving office locations, expanding, consolidating locations, adding remote workers, etc. 3) Companies that want to make sure they aren't overpaying for their utility services and would like someone to review their current service costs, inventory their service to ensure they aren't paying for things they don't use, and make recommendations on how to save money or get more service for the same cost.
