UK Physiotherapy @ Work Ltd offers a full case management service to support employers, HR departments and employees with managing ill health in the workplace. We coordinate the return to work or stay at work process by following an innovative approach to managing absenteeism and presenteeism. We specialise in all areas of sickness from stress and mental health to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and other ill health that impacts on employees in the work place. Our service involves: - Fast access - Full assessment of the individual, offering diagnosis and prognosis of the problem. - Specialist reports to the employer, HR and employee detailing the nature of the problem, the impact on the employee and the workplace, and necessary steps to implement to support the employee back to work. - Access to healthcare e.g. physiotherapy, podiatry, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychotherapy. - Ergonomic workplace assessments - Ergonomic training packages - Health and Wellbeing training packages and programmes - Full evaluation of companies' sickness absence figures, associated costs and the case management service. Through implementing a proactive innovative approach that has been proven within large organisations, we aim to help change culture within companies to reduce the risk of injury and ill health in the workplace. In the medium to long term this produces a happier, healthier and more productive workforce as well as reducing costs associated with sickness absence.
