UR Connected is an early stage startup company revolutionizing access to resources and community engagement for older adults! At the moment, 50% of those over the age of 65 experience chronic loneliness. As a result, they are TWICE as likely to develop Alzheimer’s Disease and have a 26% higher chance of death. Right now there are plenty of services and resources doing wonderful work in addressing this. However, there is a devastatingly lack in easy methods for older adults to find these services. Our mission is to improve the ease of accessing community engagement and aging resources by bringing local aging resources into a unified platform. ConnectEd partners with communities to transform education through Linked Learning Connected is a web-based contacts manager that unifies the user's contacts across their emails and social media into one interface.
